These practices didn’t just improve his daily life—they completely transformed the way he approaches decisions, relationships, challenges, and personal growth.
Today, Dr. Koutsoumpis helps individuals—particularly men—develop greater awareness, resilience, and purpose through mindfulness-based coaching and positive psychology frameworks.
From his base in Greece, he shares insights on the science of well-being, mental clarity, and living a more mindful life.
